Jeep Planning 470 Horsepower Wrangler?
Although some will cite legal door removal (it’s only allowed in some provinces) and easier windshield folding as a couple things Jeep could do toreally crank up the fun factor, there’s no denying that a liberal application of horsepower could do the trick too.
And apparently that’s not a fact that’s lost on Jeep’s executives. Having recently taken delivery of a 392 cubic inch Hemi-equipped Jeep Wrangler for “executive evaluation,” Jeep CEO Michael Manley (the most fitting name for an executive in recent memory) is currently testing the 470-horsepower, six-seed manual gearbox Jeep for potential production.
