Nissan Canada will provide Red Bull Racing, high-profile Formula One World Champion team, with a fleet consisting of the latest addition to Nissan's successful commercial vehicle lineup, the new NV3500 HD Passenger Van, during race week in Montréal June 3-10. With 12-person seating capacity and up to 324 possible seat configurations, the Nissan NV3500 HD features the most flexible seating configurations in the full-size passenger van segment. The Nissan NV3500 HD passenger van also boasts one of the highest standard horsepower and torque ratings, making it an ideal fit to keep up with the fast pace and high demands of the championship-winning Red Bull Racing team.

Leveraging the co-operative power of the Renault-Nissan Alliance, a unique triumvirate was created last season with Red Bull Racing, focused on high-profile marketing and technical activities around Formula One. The contracts to supply Red Bull Racing with vehicles and related services have been expanded for the 2012 season.  The provision of vehicles by Nissan Canada is in line with a global partnership between Red Bull Racing and Nissan Motor Company - which became the official supplier of light commercial vehicles to the Team in March 2012.

"It takes a tremendous amount of hard work to propel an F1 team such as Red Bull Racing to the top of the standings," said Allen Childs, president of Nissan Canada Inc. "We are delighted to support the Red Bull Racing team and crew during the Canadian Grand Prix by equipping them with eight NV3500 HD Passenger Vans - highly versatile and powerful vehicles worthy of champions."

With a class-leading 324 seating configurations, segment-exclusive supplemental side curtain air bags for all rows, standard headrests and integrated seat belts for all rear seating positions, the Red Bull Racing members can enjoy being shuttled around the city of Montréal in perfect comfort and peace-of-mind.

Christian Horner, Team Principal, Red Bull Racing, commented, "Within such a highly pressured and challenging environment as Formula One, we need reliable partners taking care of all our versatile transportation needs all over the world. Extensive travel is part and parcel of Formula One, and our material, staff and guest transportation are an essential part of our successful operations."
