Fiat 500L Lounge and Trekking
The 500L five-door hatchback makes its North American debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
The long awaited vehicle appears in Lounge and Trekking versions.
This longer edition of the Fiat 500 is dimensionally similar to the Honda Fit. Interior space in the 500L increases by 42% over the current Fiat 500.
The Fiat 500L Trekking includes:
• A more aggressive nose,
• Black stripes surrounding the bodywork,
• 17” sport rims,
• A two-tone interior theme.
Under the hood lies a Multiair, turbocharged 1.4l four-cylinder developing 160 horsepower mated to either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. A similar powertrain equips the Dodge Dart.
The Fiat 500L comes to North America in the summer of 2013.
