2013 Volkswagen Beetle convertible: Bring on Summer!

The 2013 Beetle convertible shows the same design and shares the same platform as the coupe, but for the fact that it integrates a motorized fabric roof that retracts in a little more than 10 seconds.  The instrument panel features surfaces that are color-matched to the bodywork.
On the powertrain side of things, propulsion comes from Volkswagen’s 170 horsepower five-cylinder engine, partnered with a Tiptronic six-speed automatic transmission.  The 2013 Beetle convertible will be offered from only 28,775$, 1,800$ less than its predecessor.
