McLaren MP4-12C Spider: The right to dream!
Unveiled last year, this exotic sports car was considered at the time as one of the most desirable of its category, thanks to the timeless appeal of its bodywork and the outlandish acceleration and performance offered by its 616 horsepower twin-turbo V8.
This year, McLaren adds to that appeal by introducing a convertible version. More precisely, the top part of the roof retracts automatically to allow passengers some fresh-air motoring and sun contemplation. Since this car was designed from the onset with a convertible version in mind, there was no need to reinforce the chassis, so weight gain is negligible.
