As part of its 50th anniversary celebrations, Lamborghini decided to launch its Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster in Miami.

For the occasion, the Italian automaker made many fans weak in the knees by showcasing five of its majestic models on the tarmac at the Miami International Airport.

At the party, big boss Stephan Winklemann said he was very proud of his supercars for reaching a maximum speed of 338 km/h. This is faster than an airplane prior to take off, which ranges from 241 to 290 km/h.

Inheriting its engine from the coupe, the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster is equipped with an explosive 6.5L V12 that generates 700 horsepower.

This speed machine features all-wheel drive and can reach 100 km/h in just three seconds.
