Alfa Romeo 4C: Coming to America!

Published on February 19, 2013 in Geneva by The Car Guide

After unveiling two concept versions in recent years, Italy’s Alfa Romeo has confirmed that its 4C coupe will be on display at the Geneva Motor Show, which opens on March 7th.

We’ve also been told that the alluring sport coupe inherited its lines from the discontinued 8C Competizione, but with a little more reserve.

Ultra light

The two-seater coupe is extremely light thanks to its carbon chassis and comes equipped with a powerful 1.7L four-cylinder turbo. Positioned right behind the seats, this engine delivers more than 200 horsepower!

According to the manufacturer, the 4C can go from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h.

The Alfa Romeo 4C weighs approximately 850 kilos.

Good news from Alfa Romeo

The 4C coupe will arrive in North America sometime this year.
