The Mercedes-Benz Class A sells like hotcakes in Europe, most notably in France and Germany.

For the first time, AMG, the sporting division of Mercedes-Benz, received the mandate to design a sub-compact on steroids, the A45 AMG.

The most powerful four-cylinder in the world

Sporting a more aggressive body style, the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG also receives a turbocharged 2.0l four-cylinder engine developing 360 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque.

The standard drivetrain is the 4MATIC all-wheel drive with a seven-speed double clutch gearbox.

0 to 100 km/hr requires a mere 4.6 seconds and consumption is said to be 6.9 l/100 km.
