Scuderia Ferrari will make an appearance at this weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed accompanied by three new models: the Ferrari 458 Spider Tailor-Made, the FF with panoramic sunroof, and the magnificent SP12 EC designed for singer Eric Clapton.

The Ferrari 458 Spider Tailor-Made differs from the other versions with its White Pearl body and Grigio Silverstone Racing decorative striping, and its black and grey interior with Alcantara grey and carbon fibre inserts.

In addition to the Ferrari 458 Spider Tailor-Made, the company will showcase the FF, which has a massive panoramic sunroof. Its body colour is Grigio, while its seats are beige and surrounded by Navy Blue insets.

Finally, they’re featuring a truly one-of-a-kind vehicle. It goes by the name of SP12 EC and is owned by singer Eric Clapton. It’s a Ferrari 458 Italia that has been modified according to Clapton’s specifications to make it look like a Ferrari 512 BB from the 1970s.

The Goodwood event will also be the Italian manufacturer’s opportunity to bring out its brand-new LaFerrari.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed

For 20 years now, vintage car enthusiasts have been invited to the Goodwood Festival of Speed to see older vehicles take part in a friendly Hillclimb competition.

Over the years, many manufacturers have leveraged this annual event to introduce their latest production models and even some original concept cars. In 2012, there were nearly twenty manufacturers in attendance.

Last year alone, more than 185,000 visitors attended this enormously popular event.
