Acura NSX Prototype Laps Mid-Ohio Track Prior to Indy 200

Prior to the start of the Indy 200 race, Acura showcased its brand new NSX prototype to adoring fans by completing a lap around Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.

The new NSX is scheduled to start production in 2015 so we’ll likely be seeing this prototype for a while. Acura made sure to attach lots of cameras to it and released the video below.

As for the Indy race, Charlie Kimball, 28, of Camarilllo, California won the event for the first time.

Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a road course auto racing facility located in Troy Township, Morrow County, Ohio, United States, just outside of the village of Lexington.
