2014 Toyota Matrix Still Available in Canada

Not long ago we were talking about the possible disappearance of the Toyota Matrix. The eventuality was obvious, given the upcoming release of the 2014 Toyota Corolla.

Both cars are assembled in Toyota’s plant in Cambridge, Ontario.

However  it turned out to be only half-truth because while the Toyota Matrix is indeed removed from Toyota’s  U.S. offerings for the 2014 model year, it will continue to be sold in Canada.

The decision is no doubt directly connected to the popularity of compact cars in Canada, particularly in Quebec. These vehicles, however, are much less coveted by Americans.

The 2014 Toyota Matrix will soon be available at dealerships.
