The Los Angeles Auto Show, which will open its doors on November 22, will be presenting at least 56 new models, including twenty exclusive premiers.

Premiers

A good fifteen manufacturers will be taking the opportunity to unveil at least one new model, or at the minimum, a concept. Among these include BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mini, Subaru and Toyota brands.

GM will present for the first time in public the Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Tahoe & Suburban and GMC Yukon for the 2015 model year. Mercedes -Benz announced the unveiling of three new products including its GLA model and S63 AMG sedan. Porsche intends to unveil its Macan model. Nissan will offer its Juke Nismo RS and the Nismo Concept. Among European brands, there will be six new BMWs, five new Audis and three for Volkswagen.

Frankfurt to Los Angeles

This show comes just after the massive Frankfurt or Paris Motor Shows, which alternate every two years so naturally it benefits greatly from the opportunity to show many models as North American premiers.

Green vehicles

The event team, which has always paid special attention to economic and greener vehicles, announced that there will be at least 24 green vehicles. Models will come from Acura, BMW, Honda, Hyundai, Mercedes -Benz, Porsche and Volkswagen.

For several years, the Los Angeles Motor Show is also the host for the unveiling of "Green Car of the Year."

The show opens to the press on Nov 20, 2013 and the public on Nov 22.
