Chevrolet Silverado Cheyenne : The Truck that Thinks it’s a Camaro

Published on November 6, 2013 in SEMA by Gilles Olivier

This handsome concept truck was designed around elements borrowed from the Chevrolet Camaro.

With its hood scoop, imposing bumpers and 19 inch wheels, the Chevrolet Silverado Cheyenne Concept offers a menacing look.

Thanks to generous use of carbon fibre and the removal of superfluous bits, this pickup loses 90 kilos when compared to a regular short-bed Chevy.
Inside, we find Recaro sport seats and a flat-bottom steering wheel.

High-tech safety is on board, with lane departure warning, front and rear park assist and a backup camera.

Built around a single cab, rear-drive Silverado, it is powered by a 420 hp 6.2 litre V8.

A lowered suspension adds to the sporting theme.
