2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class: A Mini S-Class
The all-new 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class was seen in Canada for the first time at Toronto’s Canadian International Auto Show. It is both larger and lighter than its predecessor with overall length increasing by 95 mm and cargo space increasing to 480 liters.
The car’s rounder lines give it a more mature and elegant style, and many already consider this essentially a small Mercedes S-Class. Up front, the C-Class mimics the older sibling’s look and has completely redesigned LED daytime running lights. The rear gets similar treatment, again taking cues from the S-Class.

The Interior reminds us more of the Mercedes-Benz CLA, including the use of a tablet-style touch screen for the infotainment system.
Powerplants
The 2015 Mercedes- Benz C-Class will be available in North America as a C300 version powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder 235 horsepower engine, as well as a C400 version with a 3.0-liter V6 turbo producing 329 horsepower. Both engines are mated to a 7G-Tronic Plus seven-speed transmission.
