Range Rover Evoque's New Autobiography Dynamic Version
The Range Rover Evoque, launched in 2011, is a small urban SUV that was very well received by the public. This year, right before the Geneva auto show, Land Rover has published some information on the new range-topping model, the Autobiography, and a sportier version, the Dynamic.
Both of them will have a unique grille, minor changes on the body and exclusive 20 inch wheels, in addition to the Autobiography badges. The Evoque Dynamic will also be offered in Phoenix orange, an exclusive color.
6 different colors palette will be available for the luxurious leather interior. Customers who choose the Dynamic trim level will also be able to select from either sports or Premium seats.
The Autobiography will be equipped with the same 2.0L turbocharged engine (based on Ford’s Ecoboost and developing 240HP) available on the other versions of the Evoque. The Dynamic version receives more horsepower, bringing the total to 285. The 9-speed ZF transmission will be tuned to offer faster shifts, the brakes are upgraded, the steering tightened and the suspension recalibrated for sportier driving dynamics.
Land Rover will also launch a new technology that will be used troughout their entire range. Named InControl, it allows customers to access and use their smartphones directly on the vehicule touchscreen, regardless of the phone operating system.
No price has been revealed for the new models, but we should know more about it when it is shown to the public in two weeks.
