The Lexus RC F Sport Completes the RC Coupe Lineup

Lexus unveiled today the latest member of its new RC coupe lineup, the RC350 F Sport. The model will be positioned between the V8-powered RC F and the base model RC 350. A hybrid, the 300H, is also in the works, but will be released later.

The F Sport will be powered by the 306 HP 3.5 liter V6 already used in the RC 350. Upgrades from the base model includes unique 19-inch wheels, Lexus adaptive suspension (AVS), 4-wheel steering (LDH) and a grille that is meant to give children nightmares look like the RC F.

The interior is updated with an electronic dashboard inspired by the one found on the LFA supercar, and an exclusive interior color, Rioja Red, will be offered.

Lexus also launched the GT3 racing version of the RC F. Tuned to produce 450 horsepower, it is homologated by the FIA, which means it can run at a number of events, including the 24H of Nürburgring, or the Japanese Super GT series.

Lexus will show the RC 350 F Sport in the flesh during a press conference in Geneva on March 4, 2014.
