We know that it’s not easy for a manufacturer to roll out a new technology. In a bold move, Mazda Canada just removed the mileage limit on their warranties. For the 2015 model-year, the ‘’bumper-to-bumper’’ warranty is 3 years. Drivetrain is 5 years, while the rust coverage is 7 years. Also included is 3 years of roadside assistance. So it doesn’t matter if your car shows 300,000 kilometres on the odometer: as long as you are still in the warranty's timeframe, you are covered.
Even better, this warranty coverage is retroactive for people who have already bought a 2015 Mazda, and it can be transferred to you if you buy the car used.
