Audi RS6 Avant Exclusive: Beautiful And Forbidden

Published on December 30, 2014 in News by Frédérick Boucher-Gaulin

If you were looking for a reason to lament the fact that we can't get the gorgeous Audi RS6 Avant here (or any station wagon A6, for that matter), the manufacturer just published some shots of one such car, tastefully modified by Audi Exclusive. Let's take a look at it and see just how amazing the cars that we can't get here are, shall we?

First of all, the car received a coat of matte grey paint, a colour that would be fitting on a battleship. It also features unique (and massive) wheels.

Inside, the lucky owner will be seated in a comfortable black leather seat with yellow stitching. Various trim pieces are made out of carbon fibre.

The rest of the RS6 Avant is standard: a twin-turbo, 4-litre V8 is still under the hood, and it still sends its 560 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque to a twin-clutch seven-speed automatic transmission and then through the quattro all-wheel drive system to all four wheels. This enables the car to reach 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and eventually hit 305 km/h, all while carrying your luggage and passengers.

The RS6 costs the equivalent of $140,000 in the UK, but this one will probably cost even more.
