2015 Ford Focus: A Few Touch-Ups To Keep It Young

Published on January 15, 2015 in Montreal by Jean-Charles Lajeunesse

The best-selling Ford vehicle worldwide for three years in a row has received some minor styling touch-ups for 2015. The new front end appears less cluttered and the slightly remodelled trunk incorporates new taillights. The big news is the availability of the three-cylinder, 123-horsepower turbocharged engine with the six-speed manual gearbox. The 160 horsepower 2.0 litre four-cylinder engine gets a five-speed manual gearbox or six-speed automatic. The backup camera is now standard on all models and uses the 4.2 inch screen or the optional 8 inch screen that's part of the MyFord Touch system. The blind spot information system, cross-traffic alert and lane-keeping systems as well as SYNC AppLink are now available. The new Focus comes in four or five-door versions.
