Clarkson, Hammond And May's Return... Without Top Gear

Published on May 13, 2015 in News by Frédérick Boucher-Gaulin

After Jeremy Clarkson’s infamous fracas –when he punched a producer because of a disagreement over a meal– we feared for Top Gear’s future. The various announcements made by the BBC told us that new presenters had been hired (and we expect that a new formula will also be implemented), but what about the three chaps who we’ve known and loved for a number of years?

The latest announcement is good news: Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammon and James May will be reunited once more. However, they won’t helm Top Gear anymore, but will instead tour the UK to present their own show: Clarkson, Hammond & May Live. This show will look a lot like Top Gear Live, but you won’t see the former name anywhere (because it’s still the BBC’s property).

Finally, other rumours refer to a new show which could air on Netflix… and it could be named House Of Cars.
