A New Scion Concept To Make World Premiere At The Los Angeles Auto Show

At the upcoming Auto Show in Los Angeles, which will open its doors to the automotive press on November 17th, Toyota’s youth-oriented brand Scion will unveil the concept version of an all-new model.

Very little information can be gleaned from the teaser image released by Scion, however our guess is that the production version of the concept could represent the brand’s first incursion in the small crossover segment. Toyota is reportedly working on such a vehicle to be sold beneath the compact RAV4 in order to compete with the Jeep Renegade, the Mazda CX-3 and the Honda HR-V, among others.

The concept closely follows the launch of the 2016 Scion iM five-door hatchback and the 2016 Scion iA subcompact sedan, the latter being sold in Canada as the 2016 Toyota Yaris Sedan.
