A Toyota Tacoma To Celebrate Back To The Future
Even though the Delorean is the real star of the Back to the Future series (Sorry Michael J. Fox!), a nice pickup truck also had its minute of glory in the first opus; a Toyota pickup serves as the hero’s dream vehicle, and you can bet more than one car guy lusted after a lifted black Japanese 4x4 after seeing the truck being towed around Hill Valley on a trailer.
This month is important for BTTF; in the movie, the Delorean travelled to the future on October 21st, 2015… which is less than 24 hours away!

To celebrate, Toyota is planning on reviving the truck. In the above video, you can see that they are about to unveil a Tacoma modified to look like the Back to the Future 4x4; to do this, it would have to feature KC auxiliary lights, a roll bar, black wheels and black-painted bumpers.
The vehicle will be unveiled tomorrow, but that’s not all!
In the above video, you might have noticed another vehicle, hidden under a cover. We have no idea what it is, but it’s around the size of a coupe or a small sedan… maybe a Corolla? Personally, this is the one I’m most interested in since, as far as I know, there aren't any other Toyotas in the movies…
