Updates for the 2017 Maserati Quattroporte
Maserati just unveiled their 2017 Quattroporte; please note that it isn't a completely new car, but rather a set of updates designed to help the Italian sedan stay relevant a few more years.
First of all, there will be two new option packages: GranLusso will add silk fabric inside, a body-coloured spoiler and 20-inch wheels. GranSport will give you larger front air intakes, a black spoiler, 21-inch wheels as well as mirror covers, door handles and B-pillar covers made out of carbon fibre.
If you choose the twin-turbo V6 Quattroporte, either one of those packages will be optional, but included if you decide to opt for the twin-turbo, 3.8-litre V8.
Inside, there is a new 8.4-inch infotainement screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities. There is also a new package for electronic driving aids that includes adaptive cruise control and emergency braking. The sedan can also come with a pollution meter, which scans the outside air and filters toxic air from entering the cabin.
Pricing and performance for the 2017 Maserati Quattroporte shouldn't differ much from last year.
