2016 Subiefestival: A Popular Get-together!

Published on August 31, 2016 in Special Events by Marc-André Gauthier

How time flies, and a good sign that summer is winding down is the Subiefestival held in the ICAR Circuit in Mirabel, Quebec.

A slight difference compared to last year is that the cars were displayed around the main track and the facility’s new buildings, in which we find, among other things, a restaurant.

More than 2500 vehicles made to trip to ICAR in order to participate in the festivities that are, as usual, very diverse. An interesting addition is that visitors can check out Subaru’s EyeSight safety system around a course that simulates an urban jungle. And the system works, as the cars effectively braked before colliding with others.

Yes, it’s still possible to gather up a huge number of cars from a same brand. Check out our photo gallery of the event.
