Another Round of Changes for Top Gear UK Cast

Last year, we covered the changes in hosts for the car show Top Gear UK. After Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May left, a new duo was chosen to lead the BBC’s biggest program: Matt LeBlanc and Chris Evans.

Sadly, enthusiasts didn’t like Evans' particular style; during the first season, viewership steadily declined. The BBC decided to not renew M. Evans’ contract.

To replace him, three presenters will lead the show: Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris and Rory Reid.

The last two aren’t newcomers into the series: they were previously hosting Extra Gear, where they were very popular. Their on-screen chemistry were far better than Evans and Leblanc’s, while Chris Harris is a professional race driver.

Top Gear UK’s next season is currently being taped, and should start airing at the start of 2017.
