2019 Subaru Ascent: Pricing Annonced
The all-new midsize, three-row SUV from Subaru, which can accommodate up to eight passengers, will retail from $35,995 before freight and delivery charges in Canada.
The 2019 Subaru Ascent’s standard feature list includes all-wheel drive, of course, but also the EyeSight advanced safety suite, 18-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, three-zone climate control as well as an infotainment system with 6.5-inch touchscreen as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.

According to the trim level chosen (Convenience, Touring, Limited and Premier), we can notably add a heated steering wheel, heated second-row seats, ventilated front seats, leather upholstery, a 14-speaker Harman Kardon stereo, 20-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof and a power-operated tailgate.
The Ascent is motivated by a turbocharged, 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine that develops 260 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque, matched to a continuously variable automatic transmission. Its cargo capacity can reach 2056 litres with all rear seats folded, while maximum towing capacity is rated at 2268 kilograms (5000 lbs.).
The 2019 Subaru Ascent will be assembled in Indiana, USA, and will hit the Canadian market this summer.
