Porsche Debuts.... Luggage?

Published on April 30, 2010 in News by Dan Fritter

If there’s one thing Porsches are good at, it’s covering ground. Surprisingly thrifty, famously engaging, and delightfully comfortable, they provide their owners with countless reasons to take to the open road.

But, when you arrive at the roadside motel, nothing looks less classy than popping the trunk on your 911 to retrieve a ball of wrinkled clothes from its relatively small storage compartment. So, Porsche Design has the solution in the form of its new line of hard luggage designed specifically to fit in the trunk cavity of you Porsche product of choice. Using a polycarbonate shell stretched over an aluminum frame, the high-quality luggage can be coated in any of the tradition luggage hues, or any of Porsche’s automotive shades. The line is further augmented by a selection of soft leather baggage.
