Jaguar Teases All-New Electric Sedan

Gaydon, U.K.—Jaguar is currently on life support. The once glorious British luxury brand’s image has taken a massive hit, and sales have crashed in the process. Only 1,105 Jaguars were sold in the first nine months of 2024 in all of Canada, 851 of which were F-PACE crossovers.

The F-PACE is the only model that gets to survive, incidentally. Production of the F-TYPE ended last year, while the XF, E-PACE and I-PACE suffered the same fate this year. Dealers will now try to sell the remaining units in the coming months.

As Jaguar temporarily moves forward with a single product, engineers and designers are busy working on the next generation of Jaguar vehicles. The first one will be a high-performance luxury sedan coming as a 2027 model and attempting to restore the company’s reputation while simultaneously attracting new customers.

More details about the future plans will be shared on November 19, since what we’ve been told and shown at JLR headquarters is under embargo until that date.

Jaguar will also unveil a spectacular concept on December 2 during Miami Art Week. We were lucky enough to take a sneak peek, and it suggests a very promising design direction for the brand. Watch this space for the official reveals.
