Lamborghini Manifesto Celebrates 20 Years of Centro Stile, Hints at Future
Lamborghini’s current design studio, or Centro Stile if you prefer, is now 20 years old. In August, the company marked the anniversary by unveiling the Fenomeno, a more extreme version of the Revuelto that will be limited to 29 units.
Now it's Design Director Mitja Borkert's turn to celebrate in his own way. He's created a new concept called Manifesto, which pushes the Italian brand's stylistic conventions and possibly provides a glimpse of some future models.

The images you see here come from his personal Instagram account as well as from Lamborghini. To be clear, this is a design study with no plans of going into production. The menacing front end resembles a viper (with the ragged lip spoiler looking like giant fangs) and naturally retains the Y-shaped lighting signature characteristic of recent creations from Sant'Agata Bolognese.
The ultra-low silhouette that stretches towards the rear and sits on oversized wheels embodies another step in the evolution of Lamborghini coupes dating back to the original Countach.

Most surfaces look clean and taut, although the top rear section incorporates louvers. No roof pillars or doors are visible, probably because access to the cabin is achieved by lifting the entire canopy, as with a fighter jet.
You know what else we don’t see? Air intakes on the sides or tailpipes in the rear, where the gigantic diffuser seems to take up all the space. Clearly, the Manifesto's design suggests an electric car, albeit one that breaks the molds introduced by the Terzo Millennio (2017) and Lanzador (2023) concepts.

Like it or not, you have to admit the result is pretty bold and exciting, kind of like a life-size Hot Wheels. Oh, and don't miss our review of the sensational Lamborghini Revuelto coming up on Friday!
