2026 Audi Q3 Prices Jump Up to 22 Percent, Here’s Why
Audi’s latest redesigns have been accompanied by significant price increases, and the third-generation 2026 Q3 is no exception.
While units will start to arrive at dealerships by the end of winter, orders are now open and Audi Canada's online configurator shows rather steep prices for the subcompact luxury SUV.

First, you must know that the two entry-level models of the outgoing Q3 have been discontinued including Komfort 40 (184 hp, 221 lb-ft) and Komfort 45 (228 hp, 258 lb-ft). These were priced from $42,500 and $44,600 respectively, excluding fees.

The 2026 Audi Q3 lineup starts with the Progressiv trim, now priced at $51,800 (plus various fees totaling $3,450) instead of $47,600. The new MSRP represents a 9% increase—or as much as 22% compared to the previous starting price.
To be fair, Audi has thoroughly transformed the exterior and interior of the Q3, added a host of features and technologies (including an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and 12.8-inch touchscreen powered by Android Automotive), expanded the safety content, revised the suspension to improve handling and increased the output of the turbocharged 2.0-litre engine. The latter now produces 255 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque, once again through a seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission and quattro all-wheel drive.

Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line Technik model rises from $51,700 to $55,100, a more reasonable 6.5% price hike. It adds 19-inch wheels, an advanced parking assistant and more.
The Audi Q3 is the German luxury brand's second most popular vehicle, trailing only the Q5. Canadian sales were up 12% after the first three quarters of 2025, but these substantial price increases could definitely change the picture in 2026. On the other hand, the Q3’s domestic rivals (BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA) are also in the $50,000 range.
