The Tonale has quickly become Alfa Romeo’s best-selling product. Built alongside the cheaper Dodge Hornet, it offers the same powertrain options including a 2.0-litre four-cylinder gasoline engine and a plug-in hybrid system. The latter combines a small 1.3-litre turbo engine with an electric motor and 15.5kWh battery, giving the Tonale PHEV up to 53 km of pure electric range. A limited-production Tributo Italiano special edition joins the lineup for 2025.
