It used to be that the Bentley Continental GT and GTC (the convertible version) were offered only with the W12 engine, but for more than a year now, a V8 has also been available. But not just any V8 – this one features 500 horsepower and 487 lbs.-ft. of torque. As for the W12, it delivers 567 horsepower and 516 lbs.-ft. of torque. The Speed version of this engine generates 616 horsepower while the Supersport Convertible has a whopping 621. There’s a factory-standard eight-speed transmission. Not bad…
