The 3 Series covers all options with no less than six drivetrains: 2.0L turbo four (with 181 horsepower in the 320i and 241 horsepower in the 328i), 2.0L turbodiesel four (181 horsepower and 280 lbs.-ft. in the 328d), 3.0L turbo straight-six (300 horsepower in the 335i and 425 horsepower in the M3), and that same six paired to an electric motor (for 335 combined horses in the ActiveHybrid 3). The familiar sedan is again joined by the five-door Gran Turismo and the Touring wagon.
