The BMW 3 Series has important news for 2021, more specifically the next generation of the M3 performance sedan. Delivering up to 503 horsepower in Competition trim, the M3 sports a massive new grille up front and that’s all everybody is talking about—or so it seems. Regular 3 Series models can be had with either a four-cylinder or six-cylinder turbo engine, not to mention the 330e plug-in hybrid variant.
Pros
- Efficiency of the 330e
- Balance and performance of the 340i
- Powerful all-wheel drive
Cons
- No manual gearbox (except M3)
- Expensive
- Average comfort on degraded roads
