The 5 Series luxury sedan has earned its fair share of praise. Several different engines are offered: a twin-turbo 4-cylinder, an inline-6 (conventional or hybrid), a 400-hp V8 and a 560-hp V8. The optional xDrive all-wheel drive system is worth considering, as it can handle Canadian winters with confidence. Meanwhile, if you’re interested in a little more space, go for the Gran Turismo and its two-part tailgate. The M5 version will knock the socks off anyone who enjoys speed.
