BMW X3 
The X3 has been around for 20 years and remains just as popular as ever. Four turbocharged engine options are available: a 2.0-litre four-cylinder producing 248 horsepower, a plug-in hybrid system rated at 288 horsepower (but with just 29 km of pure electric range) and a 3.0-litre six-cylinder that cranks out either 382 horsepower (M40i) or 503 horsepower (M Competition). Sharp handling is always a highlight of the X3, and the fourth generation soon coming up won’t change that.
