The big news for Chevrolet’s small urban runabout is a CVT to replace its antiquated automatic. It should add more punch to the 1.2L four-cylinder (84 horsepower and 82 lbs.-ft.) and provide better fuel economy. This change eclipsed the new automatic headlight control, redesigned interior trim and new fog light assembly. Unfortunately, the Spark EV, scheduled for the end of this year, will only be available to fleets in California.
