Two engines are available: a 2.3-litre four-cylinder engine, which is available only in the regular cab version, and a more resourceful 4.0-litre V6, also available in the double cab version. The latter enables the Ranger to tow up to 3,100 pounds (1,406 kilos). Depending on the chosen equipment level, you get a two or four-wheel drive system.
