Replacing the Santa Fe XL, the Palisade is the latest three-row midsize SUV from Hyundai. Built on a new platform shared with the equally new Kia Telluride, it relies on a 3.8-litre V6 engine delivering 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The base trim level has front-wheel drive for a lower base price; every other comes with all-wheel drive and a multi-terrain selector. The interior offers plenty of space and comfort for families.
