The most affordable Maserati gets some slight exterior modifications and new safety features for 2018. The front and rear ends have been redesigned to improve aerodynamics. The engines are the same, but the Ghibli’s V6 increases its output from 345 to 350 horsepower and that of the Ghibli S and S Q4 increase from 404 to 430 horsepower. The Q4 comes with all-wheel drive. The other variants boast a rear-wheel drivetrain.
