The Mazda CX-5 is a compact crossover that soldiers on with little change for 2023. However, it is being overshadowed by the all-new and slightly larger CX-50. AWD comes standard with the CX-5 along with a six-speed automatic transmission and naturally aspirated 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine. A turbocharged variant is available, too, increasing output from 187 horsepower to as much as 250 horsepower. Maximum towing capacity is no more than 2,000 pounds.
