Mazda’s little roadster doesn’t really need introduction. And the recipe for 2023 doesn’t change that much, either. The MX-5 continues to rely on a naturally aspirated 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that delivers 181 horsepower and 151 lb-ft. of torque. A manual transmission and a conventional automatic are available, both with six forward gears. In addition to the soft-top model, the company offers the MX-5 RF (Retractable Fastback) featuring a power-folding hard top.
