Currently the lone member of McLaren's Super Series, the 720S is lighter, stronger and faster even though it's built on the same carbon fibre chassis as the 570GT/570S/600LT. As a more track-focused model, it puts behind the cockpit a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine that cranks out 710 horsepower to the rear wheels. Another distinctive attribute is the more aerodynamic body inspired by the great white shark and featuring dihedral doors that incorporate part of the roof.
