Two versions are available: the CLS550 4Matic, with all-wheel-drive, powered by a 402 hp twin-turbo 4.7 litre V8, and the rear-wheel-drive E63 AMG, with the thrust of a 518 hp twin-turbo 5.5 litre V8. Both are equipped with a 7-speed automatic gearbox.
