The German automaker is now a car manufacturer that has assets that can easily make its Japanese and American competitors jealous. As such, the Cayman model has rapidly become a rising star for the group. Its six-cylinder Boxer engines produce between 245 and 295 horsepower. A second generation is about to be introduced in 2009, with nicely nuanced aesthetic tweaks and, especially, new more powerful, more fuel-efficient, and even ecological engines.
