The Ram 2500 heavy-duty truck is the workhorse in the Ram lineup. For 2026, the manufacturer is adding the option of Black Express and Warlock packages to the base Tradesman model. As far as powertrain options are concerned, the Ram HD retains the same two: a 6.7-litre six-cylinder turbo-diesel unit and a 6.4-litre gasoline V8. Maximum towing capacity exceeds 36,000 lbs. Off-road enthusiasts can always turn to the Power Wagon model.
