The popular Forester has been fully redesigned and built on a new global platform for 2019. It also offers more interior room and a much wider trunk opening, not to mention an available power liftgate that opens and closes more quickly. The turbocharged engine has been eliminated, leaving only a 2.5-litre four-cylinder unit rated at 182 horsepower, with a CVT and all-wheel drive completing the mix. A brand new top-line model called Premier was added to the lineup, as well.
