The 4Runner’s body is brand new this year. Although the sides are very similar, the front and tail ends have undergone notable changes. Mechanically speaking, the SUV has the same chassis, suspension and transmission. Under the hood, there’s the same 4.0L V6 that equipped the 4Runner last year. Inside, there’s a redesigned dashboard.
