While the sedan returns unchanged for 2019, the launch of the all-new Corolla Hatchback is something many had been waiting for. Offering a lower entry price, a longer list of features, more modern styling and a new 2.0-litre engine that's more powerful (168 hp) and more efficient than the outgoing Corolla iM, it’s the first compact hatchback to be built on Toyota’s new global architecture. What’s more, the six-speed manual gearbox and the optional CVT have both been revised and improved.
