The Prius c has been slightly updated for 2019, yet it's still the least expensive hybrid in the country. The suite of advanced safety systems called Toyota Safety Sense C has been improved and now includes pre-collision assist with pedestrian detection. Also, there’s a new trim level equipped with the Technology Package, minus the sunroof for a lower price. As for performance, the Prius c is rated at 99 horsepower and burns 5.1 litres per 100 kilometres on average.
